Shipping Policy

We carefully prepare every MakerTrove order so your creative project arrives complete and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Shipping Rates

• A flat shipping rate of $7.90 applies to orders under $50.
• Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated shipping time to the United States is 12–20 business days. Including processing time, the total estimated delivery time is 15–27 business days.

International orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance, local postal services or events outside our control. MakerTrove is not responsible for customs-related delays.

Tracking & Address Information

When tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
