Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from MakerTrove. Because DIY craft kits contain measured materials and small components, the following conditions apply.

14-Day Return Window

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The product must remain in its original packaging with all seals, materials, tools and accessories intact. Opened kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged Items or Missing Parts

If your order arrives damaged or a required accessory is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, product and affected items. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement item, missing component or partial refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

• Opened, used or incomplete kits
• Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
• Change-of-mind requests for opened products
• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage or normal crafting activity

Before Ordering

Please read the product description, skill level, dimensions and included-materials list carefully before placing your order. Colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings.

Safety Notice

Craft kits may contain yarn, needles, hooks and other small parts. Keep all materials away from babies and young children and use them only with appropriate adult supervision.

Requesting a Return

Email support@makertrove.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and reason for the request. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
